Our products will arrive to you at least 7 days from purchase date. If a product is back-ordered, we will notify you immediately.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products and accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn, soiled or damaged. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with original product tags and labels to receive complete credit, refund, or exchange. When exchanging merchandise, shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are your responsibility. Please include a copy of your original sales ticket with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Infamous Baby does not make any claim or responsibility for items sold by or purchased from its retail clients. All items purchased from a retail or e-commerce store other than Infamous Baby, must be returned or exchanged through the original location as Infamous Baby does not set or administer its retail clients’ policies.
